Thursdays 6-6:45pm, No dance experience necessary. In this dance fitness class you will be guided with simple choreography to keep your heart rate pumping. Looking to "close those rings", get those last 3000 steps in, this class will keep you moving and challenging various muscle groups through the sounds of classic and new R&B and Hip Hop tunes. We incorporate deep stretching and core work into every class. Drop in and check it out. $10/class
